Kucoin is looking for a Micar license in Austria

Kucoin works to regulate services for European crypto customers with a Micarnian license in Austria.

Main Cripto Exchange Kucoin said It is submitted to the markets in the license for regulating the crypto-means in Austria to expand its offer through the European Union.

Mica or Micar Framework of the EU or MICAR passed the last December, standardizing the policy framework for digital asset operators and stable publishers. Ensuring the license under the CRIPTO cryptication regime, it allows each firm to pass your services anywhere in the European Economic Area.

According to the Press Release, Kucoin will apply for the approval of Micar in the capital of Austria, Vienna, through its local branch Kucoin EU Exchange GmbH. Crypto Exchange also plans to establish a headquarters in Austria in Austria, touching the country as a basis for initiating crypto operations in European markets.

Speaking of the decision, General Manager Kucoin EU Oliver Stauber said the platform was “thrilled to move on this trip” to the European regulated crypto market.

Christian Niedermueller, Kucoin EU COO, agreed with Stauber feelings, adding that it cannot be proud. “After diminishing another European exchange and their foot fingers in the digital property industry for more than 9 years, I am very happy to help bring Kucoin to the next level in Europe,” Niedermueller said.

If in Austria is successful, Kucoin will join other MICA license recipients as Cripto.com, Okand etoro.
