The US chairman says the agency plans to create new rules for crypto tokens

(Reuters) -Paul Atkins, the Chair of Securities and Replacement Commission for the reconstruction of Kruptocular Policies of the Agency on Monday, saying to establish guidelines for the distribution of crypt’s tokens that are necessary to need additional exceptions.
In the objections, at the beginning of the public meeting of the CRIPTO Sec, Atkins also pointed out that the Deca was considered by registered broker-dealers with an alternative trade system – or ATS can also facilitate trading, such as bitcoin or ether, two largest cryptographers.
“The key priority of my presidency will be the development of the Krupto’s rational regulatory framework, which establishes a creptic catering, custody, and continuing to discourage bad actors that violate the law,” Atkins said.
Atkins, who was sworn last month, said his top priority, as the Secretary of SEC would have a strong foundation for digital property and maintain politics outside the law on securities.
The Cripto industry has long confronted regulators on how laws with federal securities translate to digital property, with many claiming that most crypto tokens are similar to Robnory. Tokens Classified as securities require companies to register with SEC and give certain disclosures to investors.
President Donald Trump, which is the Campaign on the Promises “CRIPTO President”, will reverse the industry based on former President Joe Bidene, who sued several cryptian companies, including coinbass and Kraken, who cited her rules. The new SEC leadership was agreed to withdraw or pause many of these cases.
The Commissioner of the Republic Student Hester Peirce is leading SEC crypto working groups charged with the development of rules and guidelines for the sector.
