The Russian Citizenship Chamber suggests creating a fund for seized crypto

Russia is considering a plan for directly confiscated cryptocurration in a special fund, with revenue from its use assigned to social initiatives.
Ievgeni Masharov, a member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, expressed the proposal support, which is part of the wider effort to be crypto as assets towards the criminal law.
