The Russian Central Bank proposes to rich individuals to invest in the CRIPTO

Moscow (Reuters) – Central Bank of Russia has proposed a certain cryptocurnent investment for a rich individual, said on Wednesday, distorting plans for “especially qualified” investors for the crypto-private agenda.
The Bank gradually softened its strong opposition to the cryptocurrium, which supported the law, which enabled companies to use cryptocurzers in international trade, part of efforts to skirt Western sanctions imposed in Ukraine.
The proposal of the Central Bank states that, under the experimental legal regime, certain investors will be able to participate in a three-year crypto-investment experiment.
“This is a new status that … citizens will get if their investments in securities exceed 100 million rubles or if their income during the past year was more than 50 million rubles,” said the bank in the statement.
The Bank said that an experiment is aimed at increasing the transparency of the cryptocurrency market and reminded potential risk investors from the loss of funds when trade in the crypt trading crypt.
Criptocurrency will continue to be prohibited as a form of payment, the Bank said.
