SEC seems ready to improve XRP, Litecoin (LTC), Solanes (Sol) ETF applications

The US Securities and Exchange Commission took the first step of the new funds traded by the CRIPTO (ETFS) (ETFS) as well as the price of property such as Litecoin and Solana, as well as new ways of redeeming funds from existing crypto from existing KRIPTO on Thursday Step to launch KSRP ETF into a further sign of the new administration of crypto-friendly applications in the Agency.
Earlier on Thursday, SEC recognized the February of the Griser for Solana (Sol) ETF, which means that the Commission now has until October to approve or deny the application.
SEC previously refused to recognize several ETFS monitoring applications and told CBOE to knock down its previously set 19B-4 for those ETFS.
Eric Balchunas, an older ETF analyst in Bloomberg, said the recognition was “noticeably”, given that “security” was recognized for the ETF cryptocurrency, which was previously considered “security”.
“We are now on the new territory, although only a baby step, but a seemingly direct result of changes in leadership,” he wrote in a Mail to K.
Sex also recognized other applications related to the CRIPTO ETF on Thursday, including Litekoin (LTC) to submit Litekoin (LTC) ETF and Blackkrok’s proposal to enable the scene and ETF Redemptions.
During the American evening, CBOE filed to live live and trade shares four separate ETFs who want to track the price of XRP (XRP).
The exchange filed four 19B-4 documents on Thursday, for potential ETFs in points, 21shares, canary capital and vistre.
All four issuers submitted S-1S previously, which are the first step in bringing the ETF to the market.
While the proceedings Thursday do not necessarily guarantee that SEC will approve all these products, they show that companies feel more comfortable with the expansion of only Bitcoin and ETR ETF products with current SEC administrations.
