Real estate AI platform Janover accepts cryptocurrency payments
Janover, a publicly traded real estate platform that leverages artificial intelligence, is set to accept Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies for payments.
The company is listed on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange Announce On December 30, it will accept payments in Bitcoin (Bitcoin(and the most important alternative currencies Ethereum)Ethereum) and Solana (Sol). Janover plans to roll out support for these payment options for a number of select services as they align with the evolving market.
In her press release, Janover highlighted the growing adoption of digital assets, supported by increased regulatory clarity in both local and global markets. The company joins a wave of companies integrating Bitcoin strategies into their operations.

In addition to accepting BTC, ETH and SOL for payments, Janover plans to allocate a portion of its treasury to these digital assets, underscoring its commitment to integrating cryptocurrencies into its financial strategy.
The company’s stock rose sharply on Friday, December 27, 2024, rising from around $0.60 to reach $5.30. On December 30, the JNVR index opened higher, trading +2.4% at approximately 9:44 ET to see its five-day performance stand at over +683%.
Meanwhile, Janover’s announcement on Monday came as MicroStrategy, the world’s largest Bitcoin holder, revealed it had purchased another $209 million worth of assets.
