Detroit, March 5 (Reuters) – In recent weeks, the American authorities have launched the Chinese equipment used in the coded currency mining.
Cryptocurrency workers-mainly parked computers with advanced chips-with each other to solve sports puzzles, is a process that helps build the Blockchains on which the cryptocurrency world is based and gain rewards in the form of a new digital currency. “Thousands of units have been released,” said Taras Colic, CEO and co -founder of Synteq Digital, a cryptocurrency mining broker. At one point, up to 10,000 units were suspended in various entry ports, Colik told Reuters. He said: “It is clear that some people in CBP did not really like Bitcoin, so they wanted to give the entire sector a headache, which they did well.” The manufacturing swimming block said in November that customs and protection of the American border and the Federal Communications Committee began to seize some bitcoin mining equipment late last year. The publication said that at least some machines may have been detained because they carried chips from the Chinese trading company.
The issuance of an unspecified amount of equipment is amid the continuous trade war between the United States and China, in addition to the security concerns raised by the American authorities dating back to the months of the Biden administration. “Some detained charges are launched, but now this minority is still.” Vera and Colek said that the authorities have raised concerns about radio frequency emissions from machines, which they said were baseless. A CBP spokesman admitted a Reuters request to comment on Wednesday but did not provide an immediate response. The Federal Communications Committee (FCC) did not immediately respond to the comment.
STAGO was punished in the days of the Biden administration, claiming that it served as mediators between the Taiwan Taiwanese maker, and the Chinese telecommunications company that was included in the Black list Huawei, according to Reuters in October. (Edit by Leslie Adler)
