Deutsche Börse GroupDigital assets, Cryptation financingIt got its European markets in organizing encryption assets (Microscope) license.
The German subsidiary of the company now has the green light to provide a wide range of encryption services. Cheapped of encryption assets, exchange of encryption assets for Fiat currencies, exchange of encryption assets for other encryption assets, and encryption asset transfer services and implementation of requests – all are now available for its institutional customer base.
The financing of encryption is one of the first beneficiaries of the license, and it is part of an organizational batch of the European Union to implement the unified market rules of the encryption assets across the mass.
The European Commission’s digital financing strategy entered into force in June 2023 with the aim of establishing a regulatory framework for specific activities related to the encryption assets that the European Union law has not yet been addressed. This includes the version of encrypted couples, custody and management of encrypted assets, and the operation of platforms and exchanges of encrypted assets.
After applying for the initial licenses in January 2024, the Integrated Financial Authority in Germany, the Federal Financial Supervision Authority, was granted the license this month.
Hopefully the encryption financing will help the certificate to enhance its location in the advanced rapid encryption. With the increasing institutional demand in Europe to obtain a more powerful and safe infrastructure for digital assets, more companies will follow.
