China Non-Ferrous Mining Secures Copper Supply Deal

China Nonferrous Mining Co., Ltd. (Hong Kong: 1258) released an update.

China Nonferrous Mining Corp. Ltd. Agreement to purchase more than 3,151 metric tons of high-quality copper cathodes from GCM for approximately $29.9 million. This deal, which includes copper processing by Huachin Leach, highlights the company’s strategic efforts to secure key resources. The purchase agreement is subject to reporting and advertising requirements but is exempt from independent shareholder approval.
