Blockechain ‘baddies’ about how more women introduce in cripto

In the industry filled with complexity, jargon and distrust, women in the Web3 say that the way of attracting more women in the crypt space begins with clarity, education and community.

On the side event of BlocCchain Baddies during Token2049 in Dubai, women shared personal experiences in entering the Web3 world and why they believe more participation in the future is essential for the future crypto.

In interviews with cointelegraph, community members said that the way forward begins to simplify technical concepts and encouraging environment in which women can learn and grow.

From the provision of clarity in construction skills

From the simplification of the technical language to create secure learning spaces, women in Web3 said the demystification of crypto tool and tool making more intuitively can unlock the women to enter the Web3 industry.

Caroline York, Marketing Director Web3 Firm Serotonin, said that it would make universe more welcome to women start clarity. “In order to attract more women, we had to make the information a lot digestible and much more clearly,” she said.

Financial literacy should be the starting point

Paloma Soria Brown, author and chief scientist, also said that education is the key. However, Brown said financial literacy should be the starting point.

“People don’t necessarily know what the Web3 means,” Brown Conistelegraph said. “When you know about CRYPTO, but you are not an investor, you may only see fraud and rug.”

Brown said that increasing financial education and confidence under construction are necessary for attracting women and more people into space. She said more people would understand the concepts of Web3 ownership, freedoms and communities, they would be attracted to his potential.

Meanwhile, Abigail Xavier, Marketing Manager on the FutsTe’s Web – Financial Platform, told Concion language that companies play a role to play cropto more affordable women. Ksavier said their team actively seeks the entry of communities focused on women to improve their products.

“We partner with a lot of women-inclusive communities to understand their experience and involved this feedback to our UI and UX,” Ksavier said. “We want to make our platform and tools more intuitive for our female audience.”
