The most prominent major events:

• Bitcoin production: 83 Bitcoins (“BTC”) produced self -mining and 200 BTC clouds of cloud mining.
• Bitcoin possesses: 1742 BTC was held in total from January 31, 2025¹.
• Strategic expansion:
  • Miners: It is expected that 2,000 S21XP mines units will reach the United States and will be activated in March 2025, adding 0.54EH/S of mining capacity.
  • Mining facilities: A letter of intent to obtain a 51 -megawatled Bitcoin mining facility (MW) in Oklahoma, USA, has signed a cost of 0.03/kilowatts per hour.

Bitcoin production and its holdings:

• BTC held: 1,742 BTC from January 31, 2025¹.
• Self -mining production: 83 BTC, which represents a 25 % decrease from December 2024, mainly due to the end of the retail purchase order and its strategic allocation to part of the retail part of the cloud mining orders.
• Cloud Mining Production: 200 btc clients cloud mining.
• BTC purchases: An additional BTC was not obtained in the secondary market in January 2025.

Retail management:

• Total retail under management: 20.2EH/S as of January 31, 2025.
  • Self -owned: 3.1EH/S (27,970 miners).
  • The shared cloud and hosting: 17.1EH/S (107,384miners).
• Activation of miners:
  
  • 2000 S21XP miners who were requested in November 2024 are shipped to the United States, and is expected to be activated in March 2025, adding 0.54EH/S to retail to operations, preferably used for self -imaging.

Power and facilities:

• Power under management: 424 megawatts total hosting capacity, including two, with 113 megawatts, guaranteed by the company.
  • 80 megawatts in Ethiopia (hydroelectric energy, electricity cost of $ 0.036/kilowatt hour).
  • 33 megawatts in the United States (network energy, electricity cost of $ 0.042/kilowatt hour).
