Binance adds a new layer of EUR market to the Fiat -Fiat

Binance has updated the Fiat Trading Market Market program by adding a new layer of EUR with a 1 % lower maker size.

The first layer of Binance users will require 0.5 % weekly maker size. Meanwhile, the second layer of users will require the size of a 1 % maker.

The percentage of the volume of the maker is the percentage of the weekly trading volume of the user of the manufacturer’s orders in a specific Fiat market compared to the total size of Maker trading in this market via the platform. This eligible scale is determined by various levels within the program, as each of them provides different graphics discounts.

Based on the notice, Liquidity Service providers will be reviewed on a weekly basis according to the program’s new mechanism.

In addition to the new level, the platform will also update its maker expenses The discount rate for euro markets. EUR Tier 1 users will receive a manufacturer -0.005 % fee, while EUR Tier 2 users will be subjected to a -0.010 % manufacturer fee.

Like liquidity service providers, the manufacturer’s fees will be updated weekly, starting from April 1, 2025 at 00:00 UTC. The manufacturer’s fees will be distributed to liquidity providers based on the performance of immediate trading during the previous week through the specified FIAT markets.

With the new update, EUR markets become the sixth Fiat currency to receive a second trading layer. Other markets include FIAT with two BRL, ARS, MXN, COP and JPY levels.
