This step indicates a broader shift for the company as it seeks to take advantage of the emerging technologies that exceed its primary focus on the network update and car services to the network (V2G).

Nuvve-DigitalassetsThe new subsidiary will manage a wide encrypted currency portfolio aimed at generating sustainable returns for shareholders and benefiting from expansion opportunities within the Blockchain sector.

The newly created department has started investing in Bitcoin via ETF using excess cash reserves. To move forward, the portfolio will retain at least 50 % in bitcoin, with a balance between leading cryptocurrencies such as ETHEREUM, Solana, AAVE, ChainLink and Avalanche.
