Civilization rules protect investor money: Caroline Crinko

Commissioner Caroline Creencho stressed the need for strong incubation rules designated for encryption principles. “Crypto provides unique risks that require unique protection equally,” noting issues such as breakthroughs, the failure of the protocol, and errors in smart contracts.

Crenshaw asked whether an independent encryption nursery system could be equal to the current SEC rules, which I described as the “gold standard” to protect the investor. “If we reduce the tape, we risk exposing investors to severe damage.”

She also expressed concern about investment consultants in maintaining encryption assets in their possession. “Are most of the operational advisors able to practice the self -needs of the assets of encryption safely?” I asked, pointing to the risk of ill -treatment or mismanagement.

Krinko called for cooperation with other organizers and the most transparent disclosure of investors. The bottom line: The innovation of encryption should not come at the expense of the investor protection.
