Vitalic Baterin answers security issues over the new pentral upgrade

Etherum co-founder Vitalik Baterin reminds that users rely on contracts that revised the Trusted Timet Times in the middle of the security care of the latest upgrade.

For example, attackers could use it by creating contracts that look safe under normal conditions, but safety holes activated under specific circumstances can be hidden.
