Ripple CEO says SEC will reduce us to the CRIPTO FIRM complaint

(Reuters) – The US Securities and Exchange Commission will be appealed to Ripple laboratories, General Manager Cripto Firm Brad Garlinghouse told the Social Media Platform X.

This move would end the legal battle that began in 2020. year when the regulator sued the company, accusing it to offer unregistered securities.

“This is it – the moment we waited,” Garlinghouse wrote on X, adding that Seka decision was “echoed” for the company and crypto industry.

Ripple is a company behind the KSRP, the third largest crypto token to market value, according to CoinMarketCAP data.
