Groups push EPA to increase mine crypto control

The coalition viewed in the CRIPTO mining across the US is required from the EPA to take steps to better protect people from the effects of facilities on the environment and near the community.
The national coalition against cryptime in the letter called the Lee Zeldin administrator on Thursday to strengthen the Agency’s supervision of the provision of cryptological mines. The facilities are used to confirm cryptocurri such as Bitcoin and spend large amounts of electricity and water because they work 24/7.
“Communities across the country are committed to solving the negative effects of evidence of working cryptiming, and state and local officials react to actions,” the group said in the letter. “It’s time for the federal government following their example.”
EPA did not give a comment on the letter.
